Engram Software, LLC, (“us”, “we”, or “our”) operates Arcus Archery and various associated software components, media, printed materials,
and online services and documentation (the “app”). This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use and disclosure of
Personal Information we receive from users of the app.

We use your Information only for providing and improving the app. By using the app, you agree to the collection and use of information in
accordance with this policy.

1. Information we collect

We collect information to provide better services to all of our users, like figuring out application performance, or own often a
particular feature is used.

We collect the following types of information in the following ways:

  • To the extent possible, we do not collect or retain any personal or identifying information beyond the limited categories below.

  • Information you give us. For example when you report an error, suggest a new feature, or contact us via email or other contact
    forms.

  • Usage Data is collected automatically when using the app. Usage Data may include information such as your device's Internet
    Protocol address (IP address), browser type, browser version, the features of our app that you use, the time and date of your app use
    or activity, the time spent using the app, unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data. When you access the app on a mobile
    device, we may collect certain information automatically, including, but not limited to, the type of mobile device you use, your mobile
    device unique ID, the IP address of your device, your device’s mobile operating system, the type of mobile internet browser you use,
    unique device identifiers and other diagnostic data.

  • Aggregated or Anonymous Data about app use and performance, such as aggregated and non-identifiable information about the
    features of our app used, the time and date of app use or activity, the time spent using the app, and other diagnostic data.

2. How we use information we collect

We use the information we collect from all of the app to provide, maintain, debug, protect and improve it; to help keep our apps safe and
secure, including fraud monitoring and prevention; and to develop updates and new apps.

3. Information we share

We do not sell or share your Information with companies, organizations, or individuals, except as noted below in Section 4.

4. Third party components

We use the Google Analytics and/or Apple App Analytics frameworks (“Service Providers”) to get non-personally identifiable information
about the use of our services, allowing us to improve their quality. While we do not share any information we collect with them, those
third party components may collect data for their own needs. You can review

5. Accessing and updating your personal information

Whenever you use our services, we aim to provide you with access to your personal information. If that information is wrong, we strive to
give you ways to update it quickly or to delete it, unless we have to keep that information for legitimate business or legal purposes. When
updating your personal information, we may ask you to verify your identity before we can act on your request.

We may reject requests that are unreasonably repetitive, require disproportionate technical effort (for example, developing a new system
or fundamentally changing an existing practice), risk the privacy of others, or would be extremely impractical (for instance, requests
concerning information residing on backup systems).

Where we can provide information access and correction, we will do so for free, except where it would require a disproportionate
effort. We aim to maintain our services in a manner that protects information from accidental or malicious destruction. Because of this,
after you delete information from our services, we may not immediately delete residual copies from our active servers and may not remove
information from our backup systems.

6. Security

The security of your Personal Information is important to us, but remember that no method of transmission over the Internet, or method
of electronic storage, is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your Personal Information, we
cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Compliance and cooperation with regulatory authorities

We regularly review our compliance with our Privacy Policy. When we receive formal written complaints, we will contact the person
who made the complaint to follow up. We work with the appropriate regulatory authorities, including local data protection authorities,
to resolve any complaints regarding the transfer of personal data that we cannot resolve with our users directly.

8. Your Rights to Access Personal Data

Under data protection laws such as the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), the Virginia
Consumer Data Protection Act (VCDPA) or the Lei Geral de Proteção de Dados (LGPD), you have the right to access personal information we
hold about you. Here’s how you can exercise this right:

  • What to Include: Please provide sufficient information that allows us to verify you are the person about whom we have collected
    personal data. This may include your full name, email address, if applicable.

  • Response Time: We will respond to your request within one month of receipt. If your request is particularly complex or you have made
    multiple requests, it may take us longer, but we will notify you if this is the case.

  • Format of the Data: You will receive your personal data in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format. You can also
    request that we transmit this data directly to another organization, where technically feasible.

9. Children’s Privacy

The app does not address, and is not for use by, anyone under the age of 13. we do not knowingly collect personally identifiable
information from children under 13. In the case we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we
immediately delete this from our servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal
information, please contact us so that we will be able to do necessary actions.

10. When this Privacy Policy applies

Our Privacy Policy applies to all of the services offered by us.

11. Changes

Our Privacy Policy may change from time to time. We will not reduce your rights under this Privacy Policy without your explicit consent,
continued use of the app after receiving notice of an updated Privacy Policy being sufficient consent. We will post any privacy policy
changes on this page and, if the changes are significant, we will provide a more prominent notice (including, for certain services, in-app or
email notification of privacy policy changes). We will also keep prior versions of this Privacy Policy in an archive for your review.

12. Detailed CCPA Privacy Notice:

The California Code of Regulations defines a "resident" as:

(1) every individual who is in the State of California for other than a temporary or transitory purpose and

Will your information be shared with anyone else?

We may disclose limited personal information with our Service Providers pursuant to a written contract between us and each Service
Provider. Each Service Provider is a for-profit entity that processes the information on our behalf.

We may use your information for our own business purposes, such as for undertaking internal research for technological development
and demonstration. This is not considered to be "selling" of your personal information.

We have not disclosed or sold any information to third parties for a business or commercial purpose in the preceding twelve months. We
will not sell information in the future belonging to app users or other consumers.

Your rights with respect to your personal data

Right to request deletion of the data

You can ask for the deletion of your personal information. If you ask us to delete your personal information, we will respect your request
and delete your personal information, subject to certain exceptions provided by law, such as (but not limited to) the exercise by another
consumer of his or her right to free speech, our compliance requirements resulting from a legal obligation, or any processing that may
be required to protect against illegal activities.

  • the purposes for which the collected personal information is used;

In accordance with applicable law, we are not obligated to provide or delete consumer information that is de-identified in response to a
consumer request or to re-identify individual data to verify a consumer request.

Right to Non-Discrimination for the Exercise of a Consumer’s Privacy Rights

We will not discriminate against you if you exercise your privacy rights.

Verification process

Upon receiving your request, we will need to verify your identity to determine you are the same person about whom we have the
information in our system. These verification efforts require us to ask you to provide information so that we can match it with information
you have previously provided us. For instance, depending on the type of request you submit, we may ask you to provide certain information
so that we can match the information you provide with the information we already have on file, or we may contact you through a
communication method (e.g., phone or email) that you have previously provided to us. We may also use other verification methods as the
circumstances dictate.

We will only use personal information provided in your request to verify your identity or authority to make the request. To the extent
possible, we will avoid requesting additional information from you for the purposes of verification. However, if we cannot verify your
identity from the information already maintained by us, we may request that you provide additional information for the purposes of
verifying your identity and for security or fraud-prevention purposes. We will delete such additionally provided information as soon as
we finish verifying you.

Other privacy rights

  • You may object to the processing of your personal information.

  • You may request correction of your personal data if it is incorrect or no longer relevant, or ask to restrict the processing of the
    information.

  • You can designate an authorized agent to make a request under the CCPA on your behalf. We may deny a request from an authorized
    agent that does not submit proof that they have been validly authorized to act on your behalf in accordance with the CCPA.

  • You may request to opt out from future selling of your personal information to third parties. Upon receiving an opt-out request, we
    will act upon the request as soon as feasibly possible, but no later than fifteen days from the date of the request submission.
